We provide, aside from initial introduction of the property here, tours of the property, including boat service, introduction to a qualified, unbiased attorney very familiar with the area and it's laws, it's families, and who needs to sign. Reasonable access to all of my resources and knowledge of the area. And being of general service to potential buyers.

A bit of an aside from past experience. Assume NOTHING! If you have expectations, no matter how obvious they may seem to you, make sure they are in writing, particularly if you are from outside the Philippines or are selling/leasing to a 4nr from a different culture. Even with both parties entering into an agreement like this with the very best of intentions, misunderstandings can, and absolutely will occur, if not spelled out explicitly in the sales contract you both will sign, and which will essentially become law concerning the sale. Whatever you may THINK was said, wasn't if it isn't ALSO written.
Buyers, I want you to know up front that the one requirement I have concerning this introduction, is that you pay for an attorney. It is NOT my job to give legal advice. Cough up the money for someone who knows what they're doing. Sellers, you have YOUR attorney read the offer to you and explain every detail in YOUR dialect as many times as it takes for you to understand every single thing it says....and, just as importantly, what it does not say

Just east of the town of General Luna, on the Cloud 9 road, between Shats Boarding house and the beach, is a nice 375 sq meter lot that is only 65 paces to an increadibly beautiful Siargao Island white sand beach, and easy waking distance to several popular surfing breaks. Small lots like this are hard to come by, so if you just want an inexpensive building lot and not a whole resort check it out.

One of the outstanding features of this particular parcel is the reach of the sand into the water. As although most have white sand beaches in this area, most also terminate at rock at the waterline. Here you have white sand and more white sand.... super nice beach.

Unreal sunsets and a view of Daku Island that can't be beat. Basically a surfer's retirement dream. No town or tourist noise, yet just down the road from General Luna and it's conveniences. A quiet growing expat community without the tourism hubbub of honking horns, loud music, or sales pitches.

If you've been thinking of retiring in Mexico think again...do you really want to put up with the perpetual grief they seem to have with lease grabs and government interference? We're cheaper, safer, the water is warmer, cleaner, and most important of all our surf is better. Most people speak English, the women are beautiful, and here in Siargao the temps seem to be a consistant 77 low and 85 high...not humid. (They seem not to have learned how to cook when the Spanish were here, but you can't have everything.
